- Greek Yogurt: Thick, creamy, and protein-rich. Use plain for less sugar or vanilla for added flavor.
- Fresh Fruit: I used sliced strawberries and blueberries, but raspberries, mango, kiwi, or pomegranate seeds are also great.
- Crunchy Topping: I love the Bear Naked granola but any of your favorite granola will work either homemade or store bought.
How to Make Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment so the Greek yogurt bark releases cleanly once frozen.
Stir the Greek yogurt in a bowl until smooth then spoon the yogurt onto the parchment in oval puddles, about 2 to 3 Tablespoons each and roughly ¼ inch thick. Leave a little space between them.

Press a few blueberries into each yogurt oval, then add sliced strawberries. Finish with a light sprinkle of granola so everything sticks.
Freeze until completely firm, 2 to 4 hours. Peel the bites from the parchment and enjoy!

Recipe Tips
- For a sweeter taste, add some honey or maple syrup for a touch of natural sweetness.
- Add vanilla: If using plain Greek yogurt, stir in 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Spread yogurt evenly: About ¼–½ inch thick so it freezes uniformly.
- Press toppings gently into the Greek yogurt to help them stick.
- Let it sit out for 5 minutes before eating so it’s easy to bite.
- Prefer classic bark instead of bites? Spread the yogurt into a thin, even layer on the parchment, add toppings, freeze, then break into pieces.
Add-ins and Flavor Boosters
- Chocolate: Add dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs for a decadent twist.
- Tropical: Top with pineapple, mango, and toasted coconut.
- Nuts: Add nuts or seeds instead of granola.
- Spiced Up: Sprinkle cinnamon or cardamom before freezing.

FAQs
Yes. Coconut, almond, or soy-based yogurt will work, though the texture may be a bit softer and the flavor will vary depending on the base. If you can find it, the brand KiteHill makes a dairy free Greek yogurt, although it is very tangy.
This can happen if the yogurt has a high water content or if the fruit releases moisture as it freezes. Using thick Greek yogurt and patting fruit dry before topping helps keep the texture creamy.
Keep it in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag to prevent freezer burn and keep the toppings fresh.
Frozen yogurt bark tastes best within 1–2 months, but you can store it up to 3 months if it’s well sealed and at the back of your freezer.
