- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt , or desired flavor
- 1/2 cup blueberries , fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup strawberries , sliced
- 1/4 cup granola , your favorite kind
Prep. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper so the yogurt won’t stick once frozen.
Stir yogurt. Scoop the Greek vanilla yogurt into a bowl and stir until it’s smooth. If you’re using plain yogurt, mix in a little vanilla extract for extra flavor.
Assemble bark. Drop a few spoonfuls of yogurt onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.Top each mound with blueberries, sliced strawberries, and a sprinkle of granola.
Freeze. Slide the baking sheet into the freezer and let the yogurt set for at least 2–4 hours, or until completely firm. Enjoy!
Use whatever flavor of Greek yogurt you like.
I love Bear Naked granola. Use whatever you like.
Store: Once frozen, enjoy right away or transfer the bark to an airtight container or freezer bag. They’ll keep in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
