- Almond milk: Makes it creamy and dairy-free, too!
- Blueberries: Fresh or frozen blueberries are packed with antioxidants and natural sweetness.

- Honey: Optional sweetener for added flavor
- Chia seeds: Boosts fiber and helps thicken.
- Ice cubes: Keeps it cold and refreshing
How to Make a Blueberry Cauliflower Smoothie
Making this smoothie couldn’t be easier. Just toss your frozen riced cauliflower, banana, blueberries, coconut water, almond milk, honey, chia seeds, and a few ice cubes into a high-speed blender.

Blend until it’s smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if anything gets stuck. If you want it thicker, add a bit more frozen fruit or ice. Too thick? Just splash in more milk until it’s just right.

Pour into two glasses, add a few blueberries on top if you’re feeling fancy, and sip away!
Tips and Variations
- A high powered blender works best for a smooth texture. I used a Vitamix. A regular blender will work, you may need to stop more frequently to scrape down the sides.
- Make it a smoothie bowl and top with granola, berries, or nut butter.
- Swap almond milk for oat, coconut, or dairy milk.
- Boost the nutrition with spinach, avocado, or a scoop of protein powder.

Yes, but steam it briefly and freeze it first for best texture and flavor.
Freeze the smoothie in a container or ice cube tray, then re-blend with a splash of milk for a quick smoothie later.
