Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen French fries
  • 7 ounces ribeye steak
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2-3 Tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 green onions

Instructions

  • Cook the fries. Bake or fry the fries according to the package directions until golden and crispy. The crispier, the better since they’ll be loaded up later.
  • Warm the beef. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often, until it is browned and cooked through. Stir in the soy sauce and barbecue sauce, then cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until the beef is coated, glossy, and heated through.
  • Make the spicy mayo. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and sriracha until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust if you want more heat.
  • Assemble the fries. Pile the hot fries onto a serving plate or bowl. Spoon the saucy beef evenly over the top, then drizzle generously with the spicy mayo.
  • Finish and serve. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve right away while everything is hot and crispy.

Notes

Once assembled, serve right away.
Cooked beef can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
