- 44 Oreo cookies
- 8 ounces cream cheese , softened to room temperature
- 15 ounces light green candy melts
- heart sprinkles , for topping
Prep the tray,. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Make the Oreo mixture. Crush the Oreos in a food processor until finely ground.Beat the softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth, then mix in the Oreo crumbs until fully combined.
Shape the Grinch balls. Scoop the mixture into 1.5-inch portions and roll into smooth balls.Place on the prepared baking sheet and chill for 2 hours, or freeze for 30 minutes until firm.
Melt the coating. Melt the light green candy melts in the microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
Dip and decorate. Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted coating, letting excess drip off. Set back on the tray and press a red heart sprinkle on top while the coating is still soft.
Set and store. Refrigerate until the coating is completely set.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
