Ingredients

  • 9-10 ounces white chocolate chips , or white chocolate melting wafers
  • Green food coloring
  • Red and green jimmies sprinkles
  • Heart sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a half size sheet pan with parchment paper then set aside.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
  • Pour melted chocolate onto parchment paper and spread out into a rectangle.
  • Add a few drops of green food coloring, placing it strategically around the chocolate.
  • Using a knife, make a few swirls to combine the white and green colors.
  • Sprinkle with the Christmas jimmies and place the hearts to make it Grinch inspired. Press the hearts gently into the chocolate so they stay in place.
  • Let sit for 30 minutes up to an hour to set or for quicker results place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

I like to add 1/2 Tablespoon of coconut oil to make the chocolate glossy and smooth.
You could also use Green candy melts instead of green food coloring. Melt according to package directions, dollop over the white chocolate and swirl the two chocolates together.
Store in an airtight container up for 7 days or in the freezer for 2 months.
