Chocolate Cherry Brownies
These chocolate cherry brownies are full of gooey chocolate brownie flavor with bursts of sweet cherry pie filling! Only 3 ingredients for a decadent dessert.

- 1 15.5 ounce brownie mix
- 1 21 ounce cherry pie filling
- 2 eggs
Line 8x8 pan or 9 inch pan with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350°F.
Remove one cup of the cherry pie filling and set aside, you will not use this.
In a medium sized bowl, combine brownie mix, two eggs and remaining cherry pie filling.
Add chocolate cherry brownie mixture to the prepared pan and bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted one inch from the edges comes out clean with only a few moist crumbs.
Cool completely before using a plastic knife to cut into squares.
- I used Pillsbury gluten free brownie mix with chocolate chips. Ghirardelli double fudge brownie mix with chocolate chips also works.
- You will not need the extra cup that you set aside of the pie filling, use in a different recipe or serve on top of the cherry brownies with a scoop of ice cream.
