Berry Frozen Yogurt Bites
Quick, healthy snacks don’t get much easier than these berry frozen yogurt bites. They are creamy, fruity, and made with just three ingredients!

Ingredients

cup
vanilla yogurt
, Greek, regular or dairy free all work
1/4
cup
blueberries
1/4
cup
raspberries
Instructions
Line a mini muffin tin with paper or silicone liners. Spoon yogurt into each liner, filling about ¾ of the way full.
Top each with a few blueberries and raspberries. You can press them in slightly if you’d like.
Freeze for 2 to 3 hours, or until completely firm.
Once frozen, pop them out and transfer to a freezer-safe container or zip-top bag for easy snacking.
Notes
Tip: Let the bites sit at room temperature for a minute or two before eating for the best creamy texture.
