Berry Frozen Yogurt Bites

Quick, healthy snacks don’t get much easier than these berry frozen yogurt bites. They are creamy, fruity, and made with just three ingredients!

Equipment

  • mini muffin pan
  • mini muffin cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt , Greek, regular or dairy free all work
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries

Instructions

  • Line a mini muffin tin with paper or silicone liners. Spoon yogurt into each liner, filling about ¾ of the way full.
  • Top each with a few blueberries and raspberries. You can press them in slightly if you’d like.
  • Freeze for 2 to 3 hours, or until completely firm.
  • Once frozen, pop them out and transfer to a freezer-safe container or zip-top bag for easy snacking.

Notes

Tip: Let the bites sit at room temperature for a minute or two before eating for the best creamy texture.
