Description

Getting the vitamins you need should be the first thing you do every morning to prepare for the day. Having a smoothie for breakfast is a great way to get those nutrients, and it's even better than taking a multivitamin because the ingredients are natural and coming from real food sources. Not to mention, this green smoothie is super tasty, and it will only take you 10 minutes to make and take to-go!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cinnamon (Powder)
  • 2 cups Water (Filtered)
  • 1 gram Ginger (Root Slice)
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 2 grams Sweetener (Optional)
  • 1/2 cup Ice (Optional (Recommended))
Instructions
  1. Wash organic spinach and green apple in cold water. Cut the green apple in half, throw away the core and stem, and cut apple into small slices.

I recommend all fruit and vegetables organic, if you can.
  2. Rinse blender with water. Add spinach and apple in the blender, then oats, cinnamon powder, ginger, coconut oil, and sweetener.

  3. Add water, ice, and blend until preferable consistency. Serve green smoothie in glass cups with eco-friendly straw!

Ice isn't necessary, if you prefer a room-temperature smoothie.
