Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Sieve flour, baking soda, and sugar through a strainer into a bowl.
Add room-temperature butter and vanilla extract. Mix everything by hand until dough feels sandy.
Make a hole in the middle of the dough and put an egg in it. Mix egg into dough by hand until soft.
Spritz dry flour over the counter, and pound out dough over it with rolling a pin.
Use Halloween cookie cutters and cut shapes into dough. Decorate cookies with M&Ms, Reese's, and icing.
Throw cookies into over for 15 minutes. VOILA! Remove Halloween cookies from oven. Cool for a few minutes, cut, and serve!
