My husband says this is the best recipe for asparagus, so I had to make it and share it with you guys. It's garlic-y, has parmesan (because who doesn't love cheese), and pairs well with most main courses, like steak, chicken, pork, and Chilean salmon. This garlic parmesan asparagus recipe is super tasty, and simple to make with only five ingredients, and is a sure way to impress your guests!
Pre-heat oven to 450°F. Line a pan with aluminum foil, and pour two tablespoons of olive oil into it, then spread evenly.
Cut off the base of the asparagus spears (about 1 inch), and throw the clippings away. Place the asparagus spears into pan.
Coat asparagus with minced garlic, and adobo seasoning.
Put asparagus in oven, and bake for 20-30 minutes.
Remove asparagus from oven, sprinkle parmesan cheese, then put in oven for another 5 minutes. VOILA!
